Yesterday I walked an impromptu seven miles (6.90) in two and a half hours (2.20).

Today my legs hurt.  A lot.  I didn’t really expect to walk so far, but it was such a nice day and I was playing around with My Tracks on my Tablet, recording my trip and I just kept going and going and going.

But this is good.  If the weather holds out I plan to make a habit of this… well, maybe not seven miles every day, but yeah.

But oh wow do my legs hurt.
